We guarantee our collectors complete transparency, personalized follow-up, and full traceability of each operation. This ensures that your watch retains not only its value but also its soul and authenticity. At MHP, after-sales service is not an option: it is a promise of loyalty and trust, accompanying every watch throughout its life. Each watch we offer is carefully inspected and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.

We work only with recognized partners and suppliers to ensure that your timepieces, whether new or collectible, are 100% authentic and in impeccable condition.

Every MHP watch benefits from exclusive monitoring in our authorized workshops to preserve its precision and authenticity.

Complete Servicing

  • Recommended every 5 years
  • Cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and water-resistance check
  • If the watch is regularly exposed to water, we recommend an annual water-resistance test
  • Average turnaround: 8 weeks

Restoration and Specialized Work

  • Restoration of guilloché dials, hands, decorations, or limited editions
  • Timeframes vary depending on the intervention

After-Sales for Limited Editions
& Master Pieces

At MHP, some creations go beyond exception: our limited editions and Master Pieces, produced in very small series or as unique pieces, require even more refined artisanal work, involving our best craftsmen. Due to this level of care, completion times range from 3 to 6 months, ensuring absolute quality and exclusivity.

Shipping Procedure
for After-Sales

At MHP, we have designed a simple and secure service to assist our clients in maintaining their watches. Two options are available:

Via an Authorized Retailer

The client drops off their watch at an authorized MHP retailer, who handles all procedures.

Directly via Your Client Area on the MHP Website

  • The owner can send their watch directly by accessing their client area on our website under the After-Sales tab. They complete an online form with essential information: reference number, warranty card number, authenticity certificate number, and full contact details.
  • A deposit corresponding to the basic service is paid online.
  • The client receives a confirmation email and a secure transport box provided by MHP.
  • After receiving the box, the client schedules the pickup of the package by our authorized carrier.
  • Upon receipt of the watch in our workshops, an initial inspection is conducted: if only basic maintenance is required, no additional charge is applied; if more extensive work is needed, a detailed estimate is provided to the client.
  • Once the estimate is approved, our specialized watchmaker performs the work to the highest standards.
  • The watch is then returned to the client in a secure package via our authorized carrier.
  • This procedure ensures smooth, transparent, and fully secure handling so that every MHP watch retains its value and authenticity throughout its life.
